My favorite part of the home-buying journey, SHOPPING! I will work with you to find a variety of homes that fit your needs and wants and will make sure you get to see the homes you want. We will find you your dream home and then move on to the next step of the process.

Start home shopping
I will walk you through the process of offers, counter-offers, and acceptance. Once your offer is accepted, I will keep you informed on the details and deadlines of your contract as we move into escrow.

Make an offer
This is where the hard work happens. I will schedule inspections and an appraisal, negotiate on your behalf, ensure that any work is completed before your move, and help you with all of the million details along the way. Then, I'll hand you the keys to your new home!
